From Oct.25 to Oct.28, the workshop of cooperation between Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Science and Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZ-Juelich) was helded in SIMIT, CAS. There were about 50 participants coming from FZ-Juelich, Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics, Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Shanghai Advanced Research Institute and Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, CAS.
