The 11th Non-Volatile Memory Technology Symposium (NVMTS 2011), co-sponsored by Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT, CAS) and Singapore A*Star Data Storage Institute, technical-sponsored by the world largest nonprofit professional association of science and technology Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Electron Devices Society (EDS) was held in Shanghai from November 7th to November 9th. May 18th, 2010, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), CAS signed an agreement with Juelich Research Center upon the joint research laboratory for superconductivity and bio-electronics.
