The Microsystem and Nanoengineering Summit 2019 is held in Shanghai

On July 7-10, the Microsystem and Nanoengineering Summit 2019, co-sponsored by the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was successfully held in Shanghai.
This summit brought together more than 150 distinguished scientists and young researchers from all over the world to gather the main research directions of the world M / NEMS to discuss the latest technology and future of micro-nano sensing technology. Topics of the conference covered environmental micro-nano systems, biomedical micro-nano systems, microwave photonics and integrated systems, advanced micro-nano manufacturing, etc. This seminar provided an excellent academic exchange platform and laid a good foundation for promoting cooperation between Chinese and foreign scientists in the field of M / NEMS.
