Associate Prof. Liu, he obtained his B.S degree in Electronic Instruments and Measurement Technology, Shenyang University of Technology, Liaoning Province. From 2003 to present, he has been with Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Recently, as a major researcher, he focuses on research and development of many kinds of circuit module and circuit interfaces for MEMS devices, such as ultra trace SH sensor based on MEMS static cantilever technique with portable instrument and smart algorithm, resonant SH sensor with high performance portable instrument, and pressure sensor with CPU controller and temperature-compensated..
