RESUME

Haitao Yu, Ph.D., Professor of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT). He earned his Ph.D degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from SIMIT. His researches focus on MEMS bio/chemical sensors. He is responsible as a principal investigator for three projects of NSFC, and participate in many projects such as “973”, “863” and NSFC projects. He has been selected into the Youth Innovation Promotion Association in 2017. He has been authored or co-authored more than 50 SCI papers, 20 international conference proceedings. He has also applied 20 granted and pending invention patents.
