RESUME

For a long period of time, his research interests have been in the fields of micro/nano sensors and MEMS/NEMS. He was a Research Engineer with Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Technology, Shenyang, China, for five years. He was also with The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Kowloon, Hong Kong, as a Research Associate and with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, as a Research Fellow. He then joined Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, as a Lecturer (Center of Excellence Research Fellowship). Since 2001, he has been a Professor with the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai. From 2007 he has been serving as the Director of the State Key Laboratory of Transducer Technology, China. He has also served as Adjunct Professor in Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Dalian University of Technology, ShanghTech University and Shuzhou University. He has invented more than 100 patents and published about 400 papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings (including more than 200 SCI papers). He is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering,Scientific Reports and Nature Publication Group journal of Microsystems & Nanoengineering.  Prof. Xinxin Li served as the Technical Program Committee member for IEEE MEMS 2008, 2011, 2017 and 2018, IEEE Sensors from 2002 to 2014. From 2014 to now, he has been serving as an International Steering Committee member for the conference of Transducers. Prof. Li had been granted the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholar in 2007. His PhD student was awarded National Excellent 100 PhD Dissertation in 2009.

RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Professor Xinxin Li, he long-term research of micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS/NEMS) and micro -nano sensor technology is one of the internationally renowned scholars and domestic academic leaders. He have been authorized and accepted nearly 100 patents, more than 10 have been authorized to transfer to the enterprise into productivity and economic benefits, and provide technical MEMS sensor products for important engineering countries have made outstanding contributions. There are about 160 SCI papers published in international journals such as IEEE EDL SCI, IEEE J-MEMS, IEEE Trans. Ind. Electron., IEEE T-ED, IEEE T-MTT, IEEE/ASME Trans Mech, Small Adv, Func Mat, Anal Chem, Lab Chip, J Mat Chem, Chem Comm, ACS AMI, JMM Sens, Actuators B. International conference published more than and 100 papers, including three areas of difficult international conference on IEEE IEDM admitted in the papers, Transducers and IEEE MEMS had published about 100 articles in a number of international SCI. Journal and “Chinese Science”published a special review papers, in a number of International Conference and report to the general assembly
