RESUME
Ge Xiaohong received the master degree in Kunming University of Science and Technology. He is a senior engineer (researcher) of State Key Laboratory of transducer technology, and in charge of the MEMS process of the lab. He has been manager of MEMS process platform for more than ten years. His major research interests include MEMS/NEMS fabrication processes and equipment. And he was voted key technical personnel of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2010.
