The research is aimed to make breakthroughs in novel phase change materials and phase change mechanism, nano-integration technologies, and therefore develop embedded PCRAM chips which is featured by high-speed, high density, low power consumption, long lifetime. Research activities of this project are focused on:
1. Phase change material system for high performance PCRAM
2. Reversible phase change mechanism and conductivity mechanism
3. PCRAM device simulation and optimization design
4. Nano memory unit integration technique
5. Application of embedded PCRAM chips
