Many teachers and students' papers in our department have been accepted by the 20th International Conference of IEEE Transducers 2019
IEEE Transducers is one of the most professional international academic conference in the field of sensors. It is held alternately in Europe, America and Asia every two years. The acceptance rate of papers is generally around 40%. After efforts, by the time of Transducers 2015, our department entered the forefront of international counterparts for the first time, fully surpassing UC Berkeley with the National Laboratory of Sensors and Actuators (BSAC), U Michigan with the National Laboratory of Integrated Microsystems (WIMS2), the University of Freiburg in Germany with the largest European Institute for Microsystem Technology (IMTEK), and the University of Tokyo which has the strongest research capabilities in Japan. At the time of Transducers 2017, our department continues to maintain this level that our works still surpass these four international academic units and rank first with the number of papers hosted by Tsinghua University in Taiwan, as the organizer of the conference. At this year's Transducers 2019 conference, our department continued to maintain in the forefront of the international first-class. Among the three units with the largest total number, our department has the highest proportion of oral papers.
