August 10, 2011, the delegation from Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology（CSEM）headed by prof. Georges Kotrotsios visited Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), CAS. Vice director YU Yuehui, prof. JIAO Jiwei and prof. TIAN Tong attended the conference.

Prof. YU Yuehui introduced the general research progress of SIMIT. Prof. TIAN Tong and prof. JIAO Jiwei introduced the research progress of integrated microsystem and sensor. Prof. Georges Kotrotsios introduced the general information of CSEM and hope both two sides can develop deep cooperation within the filed of microsystem, nano-technology, chips design and sensor network.

After the conversation, prof. Georges Kotrotsios visited the terahertz lab.
