At the invitation of Jiaxiong Fang, the director of State Key Lab of Transducer Technology Committee, Frank Chen from SMIC came to the 1st R&D department for the lecture of the 45nmCMOS technology on 9th Oct.. Director of the 1st R&D department Yaolin Wang chaired the meeing.
