September 15th, 2011, the delegation from Juelich Research Center headed by Andreas Offenhäusser(Forschungszentrum Jülich · Peter-Grünberg-Institute: Bioelectronics)、Detlev Grützmacher(Institute of Bio- and Nanosystems 1, Semiconductor Nanoelectronics, Forschungszentrum Jülich) visited Shanghai Institute of Mircosystem and Information Technology(SIMIT), CAS. Vice president of CAS and president of Shanghai Branch CAS Prof. JIANG Mianheng met the delegation. Director of SIMIT WANG Xi, president of SARI FENG Songlin, vice director of SIMIT YU Yuehui and vice director of state key laboratory of functional materials for informatics of SIMIT XIE Xiaoming attend the conference.

Prof. WANG Xi held the meeting. Prof. YU Yuehui made a review of the cooperation between SIMIT and Juelich. Prof. Offenhäusser introduced the ongoing projects. Both two sides had deep discussion about how to strengthen further cooperation on superconductivity and bio-electronics.

After the meeting, the delegation visited the laboratory of SIMIT and SARI.
