Yuelin Wang, Ph.D., Professor of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT). He earned his Ph. D degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Tsinghua University. In 1998, he was appointed professor of SIMIT. His researches focus on MEMS, and Sensors. He has published more than 160 papers and obtained 140  invention patents.
