Since July 2010, he worked as Head of the Wireless Sensor Network Laboratory of SIMIT, as well as Vice Director of Key Laboratory of Microsystem Technology.He took the position of Director Assistant and Vice Chief Engineer of SIMIT in 2012, and Director of the Wireless Sensor Network Department in May 2015. He became the Deputy Director of SIMIT since December, 2015.

He has been dedicated to the research of wireless sensor networkever since he started work,and responsible for several important technological programs including nationalprojects.He wonthe FirstPrize inScientific and Technological Progress of Shanghai Municipality (Rank 3) in 2008,andnamed the Leader Talent of Shanghai City as well in 2013.Rewarded withthe special allowance of the State Council, he was also won the Model Worker of Shanghai (2010-2014).
