Xiong/Bin, Ph.D., Professor of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT). He earned his Ph. D degree in Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since 1984, He has been worked in Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His researches focus on solid-state physical sensors, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and MEMS integration technologies. He has published more than 40 papers, and obtained   more than 20 authorized invention patents.
