Wang yi,  Senior engineer of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT). She earned her bachelor degree in microelectronics from Shanghai university. His researches focus on MEMS, Thermopile infrared sensor, and Gas sensor. She has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers and obtained 10 authorized China invention patents.
