Liu Jun, Ph.D.,senior engineer (deputy research level), Shanghai Institute of microsystems and information technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He earned his Ph. D degree in communication and information system from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and joined Shanghai Institute of microsystems and information technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences in June 2006.
