Huawei Liu, Ph.D., Senior engineer of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT). He earned his Ph. D degree in Communication and Information System from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2019, he was appointed associate professor of SIMIT for his outstanding contributions to several major research projects. His researches focus on target detection, classification and recognition and tracking. He has published more than 10 peer-reviewed papers and obtained one authorized US invention patents with more than 20 authorized China invention patents.
