RESUME

Xiufang Wang, Professor of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology of Chinese Academy of Science. She graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, and received a bachelor's degree in 1996, a master's degree in 1998 and her Ph. D. in 2003. From October 2003 to September 2005, she worked in Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd as a postdoctor. From October 2005 to April 2016, she worked in Baosteel Research Institute as a researcher. From September to December in 2012, she worked at the University of New South Wales as a visiting fellow. Her researches focus on nanometer and sub-micron steel materials, application of nanotechnology in the steel corporation, and development of the complete sets of industrial technology for strip casting. In May 2016, she joined Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology. She has been mainly engaged in management work as deputy director of the second research room. She has published more than 30 papers, obtained 21 invention patents in China, drafted 3 Chinese standards and developed 4 China standard samples.
