RESUME

Gao Xiaoping received her bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2000. Then she worked in radar system for four years. In 2008, she received her master’s degree from the Department of microelectronics, Fudan University. Since then, she has devoted herself to the back-end design of digital circuits. She joined ALCHIP in 2008, and started her path of design ever since. During the five years in ALCHIP, she designed a number of chips and accumulated a lot of experience in backend design of digital circuits. In 2013, she joined our State Key Laboratory of Functional Materials for Informatics, as an associate professor to lead the SOI team on the backend design. She is responsible for the design of anti-radiation cell library and the backend design of the chip. Recently, “The New Microchip”, designed by her team, won the prize of major scientific and technological achievement in our institute in 2015. At present, her main focus is on the design of anti-radiation ASIC design.
