RESUME

Zhen Sheng received his B.Eng. and Ph.D. degree from the Department of Optical Engineering, Zhejiang Univerisity,Huangzhou, China, in 2005 and 2010, respectively. In July 2010, he joined Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Shanghai, China. His current research interests include silicon photonics for optical communications and interconnects.
