RESUME

Zheng Min, male, was born in Dec. 1974 in Henan province. He received his bachelor degree in Zhejiang University in 1996 and was awarded with doctoral degree in Communication & Information Systems by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2006. Afterwards he continued his research work as a post-Doctor in Shanghai Institution of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT) in the Chinese Academic of Science (CAS). He is currently serving as research fellow and associate-research director in "Broadband Wireless Mobile Communication office" of the SIMIT , CAS. Zheng Min has been engaging in the research and education work in the field of Broadband wireless mobile communication, specifically in directions like Automatic Configuration Technology of Self-organizing Network, Mobility Management of Broadband Wireless Communication system, Emergency Application of Wireless Communication System and etc.
