He received the B.S. degree from North China Electric Power University in July 1994,then joining thermal control department in the Jiangxi Province Electric Power Design Institute in August 1994 to August 2000 as an assistant engineer, He was appointed in May 2000 for engineers. He received the B.S. degree from Chengdu University of intelligent instruments with a master degree in July 2003. After that, he has mainly engaged in software development of embedded systems. Working in DBTEL, ZTE Corporation office, he served as senior engineer, third grade chief engineer, now he has working in Microsystems and Information Technology Research Institute since November 2011, for appointment as senior engineer. He has long been engaged in the mobile communication system equipment software development.
