Xiaoguang Ge, male, was born in May, 1958 in Shanghai. He was awarded with bachelor’s degree by Department of Radio Engineering of Shanghai University in 1983 and master’s degree by Department of Computer Science of Monash University Australia in 2000. He served as a teaching assistant at Shanghai University from 1983 to 1990, worked as a engineer in Software Centre of Motorola Australia from 2000 to 2003 and a senior engineer in Terminal R&D of NEC Australia from 2004 to 2009. In Nov. 2009, he was employed as a senior engineer by The SIMIT, CAS, He has published over 10 research papers and applied for 6 patent rights in the field of digital communications and 4G mobile communication testbed.
