Fanying Meng

Resume:

She obtained a master's degree in physical electronics and microelectronics from the Department of Physics of Inner Mongolia University in 1998 and a Ph.D. in optics from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2001. From July 2001 to January 2011, she was engaged in teaching and research at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and she was successively employed as a lecturer and associate professor. In February 2011, she was recruited as a researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has hosted and participated in the joint development projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Knowledge Innovation Project, the National 973, 863 Project, the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, the Economic and Information Commission Project, and domestic and foreign photovoltaic companies. She has long been engaged in research on key technologies and theoretical simulations of solar cells, mainly including HIT solar cells, transparent conductive oxide films (TCO), CIGS thin-film solar cells, etc. She has published more than 40 papers in international academic journals, 5 invention patents, and participated in the preparation of 3 books.
