Qiu Yunzhou, male, born in March 1980, from Queshan, Henan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. In 2001 and 2004, he received his bachelor's degree and master's degree from the school of manufacturing, Sichuan University. In July 2007, he received his doctor's degree in communication and information system from Shanghai Institute of microsystem, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After graduation, he stayed in the Institute and successively served as a deputy researcher, senior engineer and senior engineer. Dr. Qiu Yunzhou once presided over a national 863 project and served as deputy chief designer in two national important projects. He was awarded "outstanding individual of Shanghai Science and technology system Communist Youth League in 2010" and became the first batch of "members of innovation promotion association of Chinese Academy of Sciences" in April 2011. Long term commitment to the field of wireless sensor network research.
