Xu Hui, male, born in Shanghai in April 1976. He graduated from Shanghai University in 1996 with a major in detection technology. He obtained a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2001 and a master's degree in electronic information and communication engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2008. From 1996 to 2001, he was an engineer at Shanghai Huatong Switch Factory, from 2001 to 2004, he was an engineer at Shanghai Datang Telecom Co., Ltd., from 2004 to 2005, he was an engineer at Motorola (China) Electronics Co., Ltd., and from 2005 to the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Microsystems and Information Technology Research Institute and Shanghai Wireless Communication Research Center as engineers and senior engineers (since 2011.1). Mainly engaged in the research and development of the new generation broadband wireless mobile network outfield test environment and integrated test platform, and successively participated in the research and development of the "National 863 Program" - Beyond 3G system integrated test platform and outfield test environment and the national science and technology major special project - IMT advanced key technology test platform development and other major projects as the backbone researchers.
