 RESUME

Huiyue Yi, Ph.D., Associate Professor. He received his B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Xi’dian University, China in 1992, and received his M.Sc. and D.Sc. degrees in electromagnetic fields and microwave technology from the Shanghai Jiaotong University, China in 2003 and 2005, respectively. From 1992 to 2000 he worked as a Research Engineer and Project Manager for NO.51 Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. From 2006 to present, he works with Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is responsible for and participates in the research of multiple projects from National 863 Projects, National Key Projects, and International Cooperative Projects. His main research interests include signal processing and detection, array signal processing, MIMO systems, OFDM systems, wideband wireless communication systems, and IoT (internet of things). He has authored or co-authored over 40 conference or journal papers on a broad range of topics in wireless communications and signal processing, and has applied for over 20 invention patents. Moreover, 7 technical proposals on cognitive radio systems have been accepted by ITU WP5A. In addition, he is awarded the second class prize of Shanghai Advanced Science and Technology in 2012 (rank No.5), and is awarded the first prize of China Institute of Communications in 2016 (rank No.11).
