The Meeting of Academic Committee of Key Lab of Wireless Sensor Network and Communication, Chinese Academy of Sciences was Held Successfully

    The meeting of the Academic Committee of Key Lab of Wireless Sensor Network and Communication, Chinese Academy of Sciences (“Key Lab”) was held at Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences on April 13, 2016. Prof. You Xiaohu, chairman of the new Academic Committee, presided over the meeting, which was attended by 15 people including He Jifeng, academician and counselor of Academic Committee, members of      Academic Committee and members of Key Lab.

    At the committee meeting, Yuan Xiaobing, deputy director of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, read out the member list of the Academic Committee of Key Lab and issued letters of appointment. The new academic committee heard the “Planning Report on the Lab’s Future Research Strategy” by Yang Yang, research fellow and director of Key Lab, “Report on Lab Assessment and Acceptance” by Zheng Chunlei, research fellow and deputy director of Key Lab, and “Report on Application and Conclusion of Open Projects” by Xu Jing, research fellow and deputy director of Key Lab. At the meeting, committee members reviewed the application and conclusion of open projects and presented their valuable suggestions and guiding opinions on the upcoming assessment of Key Lab, further clarification of research & development directions and planning, which pointed out Key Lab’s future development directions.

    In addition, the new academic committee voted and deliberated the conclusion and application of Key Lab’s open projects.
