In March 1997, hefei institute of plasma physics, Chinese academy of sciences and get a master's degree in March 2000, Shanghai institute of microsystem and information technology, Chinese academy of sciences, PhD, in July 2003, Shanghai institute of microsystem and information technology, Chinese academy of sciences, associate professor, master tutor, in January 2013, the Chinese academy of sciences researcher at the Shanghai institute of microsystem and information technology is high level, master tutor.
Main research directions: microenergy technology, thin-film (non-crystalline germanium silicon) solar cell key technology research, moth-eye structure subtraction membrane, BDR back membrane study. August 2003 up to now, has to undertake and participate in the 973, 863, the Chinese academy of sciences, NSFC, Shanghai and so on eight research projects related to manufacturing and three-dimensional MEMS packaging technology, thin film solar cell design and technology capture and storage, light on the integrated system miniaturization technology, solar battery standard testing and calibration, outdoor solar system power prediction technology research projects.
