RESUME

Feng Wang was born in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, China, in 1985. He received the Bachelors degree in Physics Department from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2007, and the Doctorate degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China, in 2012. He is currently an Associate Researcher with the Key Laboratory of Terahertz Solid-State Technology, SIMIT. Now, he is in charge of projects of the National Basic Research Program of China and the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Science and Technology. His research interest is on the terahertz (THz) optoelectronic devices, specifically terahertz quantum cascade lasers (QCLs).
