Wu liang, male, was born in February 1982 in zibo, shandong province. In June 2005 received a bachelor's degree in nanjing university of technology institute of electro-optical, in June 2007, received a master's degree in nanjing university of technology institute of electro-optical, on June 6, 2011 years in the Chinese academy of sciences, Shanghai institute of micro system and information technology, doctor's degree. In 2011, the Chinese academy of sciences, Shanghai institute of micro system and information technology, the third laboratory (terahertz solid-state technology key laboratory of Chinese academy of sciences) as a research assistant, the current in the Chinese academy of sciences in 2013 the third department of Shanghai institute of micro system and information technology (terahertz technology key laboratory of solid state) of Chinese academy of sciences research associate.
