RESUME
Sun hao, male, was born in February, 1981, in yuanjiang, hunan province. In July 2003, the department of information and electronic engineering, zhejiang university, a bachelor's degree, in June 2008 in the Chinese academy of sciences, Shanghai institute of microsystem and information technology doctorate. Since July 2008, respectively, President of Shanghai institute of microsystem and information technology, Chinese academy of sciences, state key laboratory of information function material with terahertz solid technology of Chinese academy of sciences key laboratory assistant researcher, associate researcher. The main research fields are millimeter-wave terahertz solid electronic devices and circuits, including the study of high frequency devices based on iii-v compounds semiconductor. Millimeter-wave terahertz non-source film circuit wiener preparation research; Based on silicon-based 3d integrated technology research; Terahertz metamaterial research and so on. It has completed or is currently undertaking various research projects such as the national 973 project, the national natural science foundation project, the Chinese academy of sciences and the Shanghai science and technology commission project.
