RESUME
Tan Zhi-Yong, Ph. D., Associate Professor of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT). He graduated from the department of electronic science and engineering of Jilin University in 2005, and received his Ph. D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from SIMIT in 2010. From July 2010 to the present he has worked as Research Assistant and Associate Professor at the key laboratory of terahertz solid-state technology of SIMIT, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). His researches focus on terahertz spectroscopy, terahertz semiconductor devices testing and their applications in communication and imaging. He has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers and obtained 1 authorized US invention patent and 5 authorized China invention patents.
