Education: master degree or higher

Major: Semiconductor materials and devices or related majors

Age: below 35

 

Job responsibilities:

Utilisation and maintenance of semiconductor materials growing equipment, material growth and test, processing techniques of devices

Requirements: With honesty and integrity. Serious and careful at work. Good health and be able to work very hard. With the experience in semiconductor material growth experiences and good basic professional knowledge. Good work bases and skilled in the semiconductor equipment and techniques.

Work location: No. 865 Changning Road, Shanghai

Salary: Subject to organisation regulations and applicant’s capabilities
