Division of Superconductivity is supporting unit of Center for Excellence in Superconducting Electronics ( CENSE ) , Chinese Academy of Sciences ( CAS ) , as well as a part of State Key Lab of functional materials for informatics .It is associated with the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology ( SIMIT ) and currently has about 70 staff members , including 17 full professors and 14 associate professors .It will be a powerful tool for studying material and device physics .
